Biceps tendonitis often results from overuse or shoulder impingement that creates the inflammation of the tendons which connect the biceps muscle, at the front of your arm, to the shoulder.
It usually manifests itself with pain and soreness in the area of the biceps.
The treatment of biceps tendonitis is achieved by techniques of massage, electrotherapy, TENS, ultrasound, as well as by creating a program of exercises tailored to each patient.
